Great. Was able to do the key training run so as to set up the whole week's running. Don't know whether it was last night or this morning but I felt my left calf as a result of yesterday's run. Presumably the downhill. Felt both calf muscles during the run but not seriously. 7.14,10.15,29.40 something shits. Didn't have breakfast beforehand. Stopped at 23 mins to take my gloves off. Was an interesting run as I did something I haven't done for ages and which was very good - I forgot about running and was into my own world.

10.08 in the evening. On top of yesterday's run, today's run left me dead for the rest of the day. It's a real bastard that the Budai Trapp's the same w/e as the Yours Truly. I'm only going to do my basic run on Weds and Friday is a good question as I have to go to the dentist"s. I'm planning on a first target of 30 kms on Sunday, but as that would leave me 6 kms frrom the start I should at least do 36 kms.,but it's possible that each out-and-back is 12 1/2 kms which would mean 4 out-and-backs for the 50 kms.
