Great that I went after the weekend"s running and yesterday evening's table tennis. Got up at 09.30 which explains the late start. Needed a shit after 11.18 and unfortunately I was already late so underpantds, shorts etc. will need washing. 42.17 to bakery so 5.09 home. At least my legs or feet didn't ache - Saturday it was the outside of my left foot, Sunday my knees, downhill, although now my calves feel a bit sore. Wore my winter rain jacket for the first time this winter. I wasn't cold at all. WEnt in an anti-clockwise direction despite it been being an even day, but from the shitting point of view this was the better direction.
