I'll try again - what I wrote disappeared - wore a thicker long-sleeved T-shirt and my Decathlon bottoms, the first time for ages. Later on took off my gloves and started unzipping my Asics top. 1 shit after 15.45. Before 3 o'clock last night it was -5.7. It was very interesting this morning. Felt like I wouldn't go running until I started doing my stretching exercises and then I started feeling much better.
