Hallelujah. Actually went training as last week I didn't do any training until my long running on Saturday. I'm was still on a high from that run and the weather was good. I had a shit running there and I didn't have to stop during the run. I originally only measured my time so that I could calculate an average speed but it worked out well. I was lucky as there was a guy in front of me running quite well and he was my target. I saw him just as he was reaching the castle and could only overtake him as we reached the gravelly part. O f course afterwards for a while I had to run well to widen the gap between us. Was pleased to run under 32 minutes
