After yesterday's mountain triathlon I very quickly wanted to stop but I didn't for several reasons - I had sent Yolanda running so I couldn't very well expect her to do something I couldn't do, I wanted to run 5 days this week, I wanted to get over 50 kms for the week and, last of all, the weather was great. What was surprising was how few runners there were - maybe they were all doing the Nike half marathon. I had to stop for a shit after 9 minutes and later I wanted to stop for another one but I managed to avoid that. I found an excuse to briefly stop twice - there were kayak races with loads of people on the lake shore in the vicinity of the kayak club.
