25.03/18.15 Felt much better than last week. Obviously I was tired due to the w/e running plus the 70 kms the week before. Still it wasn't easy. I had to have a shit my usual place - after less than 2 minutes! Pushed it coming back as I need to train for the downhill as welll. Turned out I only ran 4 minutes faster than Yolanda - I must ask her the details of her run. 22 degrees was very comfortable I was a bit cold cycling back. Yolanda said she was 30 minutes to the Kalvaria.
