Had warmed up by running the THAC football pitch10 times because of Yoli's training. Wind was behind me first half. Felt I was flying so was hoping for a time under 30 mins, 12.33 one shit which wasn't a surprise as I had eaten baked beans last night. Still, it was the best time this year. Also had rested very well, only getting up at 08.00
