After yesterday it was amazing that I could do this training. Did it because this is what I wanted Yolanda to do. Before I got up this morning I was thinking this would be the first morning I didn't do my stretching exercises. I gave Yolanda the option of running from home and doing 3 reps, or cycling to Baj and doing 4 reps. She chose the latter but never imagined I was serious about the extra rep. During the first rep I was telling myself I would finish after 1 rep. My time were 6.16/6.19/6.31/7.09 Realised at the top of the hill after doing the last rep that I wasn't wearing my calf supports. Immediately startting worrying but I was OK.
