the temperature is that when I came back, as I didn't have time beforehand because I went with Yoli and I didn't want to keep her waiting. I did that new training with Yoli 3/2/1/half x 3. That was 36 mins and we did just over 1 lap. Then with a break I did another lap. I started off very slowly and my time was 33.16
