The miracle happened - I didn't have to stop for a shit. Obviously going running later helped. I did stop for a wee-wee near the end of the first lap, but I don't think I'll do that again as it wasn't a long one. The run was very hard after yesterday's cycling, especially the start. I did decide that we wouldn't cycle to Tardos tomorrow, so as to save ourselves for the training on Sunday morning.
