Edzésleírás
3/3: Ezúttal iramjáték volt a mai lecke, amit kipipáltunk. Újra 400-as pálya futás: 1 laza kör 400 m, 8x100 gyors 8x100 lassú váltogatása, majd 4x200 m gyors, 4x 200 m lassú futás. Nem éreztem megeröltetőnek, kellemesen elfáradtam. Jó volt újra a Csapattal együtt edzeni. :)
