I felt yesterdays run at the begining, found it hard to get into it. Then had some stomach issues, eventually got into a nice pace at the end of the run.
Its a bit scary to think that I have to keep the tempo pace at the end for 42km to make 3h15, but we'll see if I can do it. Certainly I am a fair bit fitter and lighter than last year when I could do 3h30.
Now my dilemna is whether I run tomorrow or Saturday or rest for the half marathon in Debrecen Sunday, decisions, decisions :)
