Edzésleírás
First run after Vienna marathon. I wanted to run about 10km - preferably more.
No real plan - just a nice slow run to take my mind off things.
Unfortunately I felt the righ ITB injury - it hasn;t healed fully. So I stopped after 2km.
I hope I can run again soon, but it is looking unlikely I can do the Szekszard half marathon :(
