Ha szabályosan csinálom kegyetlenül jó hát és lapocka erősítő gyakorlat ami felkészít majd a szabályosan kivitelezett húzódzkodásra is. 💪 Elmondhatom hogy lassan minden eszköz van otthon ami a saját testsúly is erősítéshez kell. Emellett volt plank mindenféle variációban, fekvőtámaszok, guggolások, egyéb szalaggal végzet gyaksik.
