Edzésleírás
Több mint egy hete nem bringáztam már ( derékfájás, időhiány, eső), s ez érződött is az emelkedőn. A gumikban sem lehetett több 4.5-5 bárnál. Kellemes volt, remélem még egy ilyen kihagyás nem lesz :D
