Edzésleírás
Mivel Brigi és Kubi kerékpáros kísérője leszek az UTT-n, muszáj szoknom a kerékpározást. Kb két hete tekertem egy 10-est, de sunyi módon azóta mindig kihagytam. Most a Cannondale Q4-gyel mentem. Hogy legyen valami célja is a tekerésnek, vittem Briginek éjszaki futáshoz láthatósági cuccokat. Erős szél fújt, de szerencsére Tolcsva felé inkább hátszél volt. Egész jó tempót tudtam menni. Még sikerült Brigit ébren találnom a déli futása (aznap 3 futása volt) után. Kaptam tőle egy Compressport futóövet.
Hazafelé már sokkal szarabb volt. Brutál szembeszél fújt. Sárospatakon meg is álltam pihenni. Ittam 1750Ft-ért 5dl jégkását.
A maradék 12km se volt könnyebb.
