Edzésleírás
Én többet szerettem volna tekerni, de a többiek siettek haza Girot nézni és a vihar is közeledett. Ezért próbáltam egy-két tempósabb részt beletenni. Pl a Naplás emelkedőt megtoltam. És még volt 2db 5kmes etap, ahol egész jó lett az átlag tempóm. Érzem, higy fejlődök, csak sokkal többször kellene menni...
