Edzésleírás
Jó volt a bringa választás. Közepes tempóban kezdtem, a kezdeti 390. helyről lassan felkúsztam a 285-re, majd megragadtam itt. 285-289 között tartottam magam az első 20-on, majd elfáradtam. Innen azt hittem nagyon visszaesek, végül megkapaszkodtam 310-ben, majd az utolsó 6 km hajrájával bejöttem 302. helyre. Elfáradtam, de megint jól esett ez az "edzés".
