Edzésleírás
A terv 450-475 között végezni. Akkor még 550 regisztrált tekerő volt. A startra 620-an lettünk. Sokág 280-330 között mozogtam, majd elfáradtam, s visszacsúsztam 450-475 környékére (ami a cél volt). Aztán az utolsó 20 percre kész lettem - azt tudtam, hogy 31.5 km 188 m szinttel az itt a Zwiften belül sprint verseny.
