Edzésleírás
Legutóbbi bringázásom útvonalát ismételtem meg, csak akkor Attilával, most meg egyedül, és a vége kicsit másfelé volt. Nem gondoltam, hogy szélárnyék nélkül gyorsabb leszek, de így lett, méghozzá nem is kevéssel, több mint 2 kmh-val. Ezzel a sebességgel több mint elégedett vagyok egy karbantartásra szoruló izomzattal, keringéssel és járgánnyal, 6 kiló plusz súllyal és egy, a dobronhegyi és más emelkedőket is magában foglaló pályán. Nem tudom, mikor lehetett utoljára olyan hét, hogy minden nap edzettem valamit, talán tavaly augusztusban.
