Z2, négy őz, sok nyúl. A pulzus-tempó arány javul, viszont a pulzus már nagyon nem szeret felmenni. Egyszer ki kéne pihenni magam. Talán egy kis trambulin és balatoni úszás lenne a jó regeneráció...
