Edzésleírás
Lehet, hogy jobb formában vagyok mint tavaly?!
2019. január 19-én csináltam utoljára ezt az edzést, akkor ezt írtam:"Ez az Roubaix edzés irgalmatlan durva volt!
Kb bemelegítésnek 250 W 20 p
aztán kétszer 7x275W 2 percig, de közte nem pihenők, egy faszt! 435W 20' :D
Lerohadtam. locsoltam magam. király volt :)
Viszont a tele has nem jó, nem így kéne, de legalább korán kezdtem, korán végeztem.
Átlag Watt 234"
Ehhez képest a mostani watt átlag 244, 285-ön kellett az érdemi munkát csinálni és 465-ön a sprinteket. Ehhez képest teljesen kontroláltan ment, nem szenvedtem, élveztem nagyon!
