Mártonhegyi felfutás a Jánoshegyre és azon túl a szerpentinen (Tündérhegyi - Mátyás k - Költő út) vissza; Fejlámpás futás!
kb 2.5 órával az edzés előtt ettem lasagne-t ami miatt diszkomfort érzetem volt és a felfelét muszály volt óvatosan futnom. Cserébe nem kellett gél, egyáltalán nem éheztem el.
