Hosszú idő (idei UTT) után egy közös hosszú futás Pintér Andris barátommal a sérülésünkből felépülve.
5km bemelegítés, aztán 20 km úgy hogy 2km 3:50-4:00 és 2 km 4:50-5:00 ez 5x és 5km levezetés.
Az első 2km tempó nem esett jól, utána fokozatosan komfortosabbnak éreztem. Rendesen elfáradtam.
