Edzésleírás
Gepárdos hosszú szintes iramjátékkal, tempóval.
Sérülésem óta az eddigi legkeményebb edzésem. A lefeléket óvatosan, viszont az emelkedőket bátran futottam. Kb MOM parktól csapattuk fel Normafára, majd fent még huncutkodtunk az irammal.
