Edzésleírás
Napok óta már egyáltalán nem fáj a sípcsontom, nagyon erősen meg kell nyomnom az érzékeny helyen, hogy egyáltalán érezzem. Ennek ellenére okosabbnak láttam még néhány napig nem terhelni futással, és nagyon büszke vagyok rá, hogy ki is bírtam, így futás helyett biciklinek vágtam neki ma is. Összesen 13 települést érintettem, Zalaegerszegen kívül sorban Kiskutas, Nagykutas, Andrásfa, Petőszentmihályfa, Gersekarát, Halastó, Ozmánbük, Vaspör, Zalaháshágy, Zalacséb, Zalaszentgyörgy és Bagod.
