Edzésleírás
Noszvajon futottam. Reggel csak 2 banan volt es egybol inudltam. A folyadek meg lotyogott a hasmban, de alapvetoen elveztem vegig. Pedig eleg komoly 4.5 km emelkedo volt az elejen. Jo futas volt, csak az orrom/natham zavart, kicsit ereztem az arcuregem..:o(
