Edzésleírás
Velencei tokor. Regen nem futottam ennyit. Egy jo edzes es eroporoba volt. Nem voltam pihent a tegnapi utan de faradt se, csak a frissesseg hianyzott. Hatalmas mezony volt, szuper futokkal es triatlonistakkal. Igy 12-ig Flander Marci es masik par triatlonossal haladtam, majd mikor utolertuk Peyer Zolit aki az elejen kicsit elment visszamaradtam vele. Innen vegig egyutt mentunk es kb egyutt is fogytunk el. A vege mar kicsit lassabb lett. Nagy meghalas nelkul lassultunk szepen. De 22 utan mar hatarozottan nem esett jol. A labam amugy birta, csak kicsit ereztem. Örültem h megvan es az atlag is jo, de nem vagyok eros az latszik. Klassz nap volt de utana elegge kivoltam.
