Edzésleírás
Ferivel egy hosszú bicaj 1/1 váltott vezetéssel. Előre megbeszélt 140-150-es pulzusom közt, úgy ahogy tudtunk együtt haladni, ennél erősebbet nem akartam. Feri keményebbre vágyott visszafele hagytam Bokod után menni, már nem szóltam. Amúgy is erősebben tempózik síkon, időfutam bringával jött, erősebben akart menni, én meg csak 140-150 közt akartam forogni ezek együttállása ellenére kész csoda, h együtt edzettünk 38 km-en keresztül. Ha 150-ig beszéljük meg legközelebb a bringát vagy mezőnybicajjal jöjjön és kicsit többet vezet h neki is jó legyen vagy ha időfutammal jön akkor vízzel töltött teli kereket fog kapni! :)
