Edzésleírás
Kerékpár 70-80perc Benne 30sec max erő állva- 1perc laza- 1perc max erő ülve- 2perc laza, ezt 8x tedd bele. A max erő az mindig erős, taposós áttét legyen.
Nem nyomogattam köridőket a gyors váltások miatt és még mindig nem sikerült elemet cserélnem a wattmérőmben. Amúgy nem szoktam/tudok kiállva tekerni, de most megpróbálkoztam vele és a végére már egész belejöttem, de azok a 30mp-ek inkább az egyensúlyozásról, mint a taposásról szóltak.
