Edzésleírás
Generali Runners World maraton abszolut 1. hely - brutális és szervezetemnek szokatlan meleg, ami kellően meg is borított. 30k ig 4p közeli tempo utána jött a fejre állás. Folyamatosan azon agyaltam, h megalljak lassítsak, hagyjam abba stb.. Aztán valami minidg átlendített, de nagyon nehéz volt. Maradt 4p előnyöm így Katával és a kis pocaklakóval együtt sétáltunk be a célba.
Maratoni időm kb. 2:58körülre jött volna ki.
