Edzésleírás
Amíg Zsuzsi maratont futott én kifutottam a Szigetre, ott 3 kör és vissza Hősök terére szurkolni Zsuzsina.
Errea félmaratoni távra nagyon enm készültem fel, se kaja, se kávé, se folyadék. Bazira elfogytam és nagyon lassú volt a tempó. De a tervezett távot behúztam :-)
