Got ready to go running after Maya's lesson but felt too tired but was lucky as david postponed his lesson until Friday and decided before my 14.30 lesson with Zsuzsi that I would try and go after her lesson.
My big mistake was to have bean stew for lunch as I had 4 ps in the first 8 kms - It did cross my mind to have sth else for lunch and now I know it's a must esp. when you're running in such a place as the bike path to Dunaalmás.
It was n out and back with the wind behind me on the way out. 28.02 out nad 29.31 back.
