Az első 5-öt megtoltam, a 2. 5-nél betoltam egy powerbar gélt, ami 10 perc után visszaállított, újra képes voltam 165 fölé vinni a pulzust.
Jól éreztem magam. Jó erős tempó volt. Versenykörülmények között picit tudnék csak többet.
