I wasn't looking forward to it. I felt quite good at the end. Given my speed at the end, I think i should have pushed more in the earlier ones.
At the end it was more a good bouncy rhythm I had, I need to focus on that, not 'running hard' but this rhythm - which happens to be well and fast!
