I didn't feel much like this, but warmed up and took off my warm running jacket and trousers and made myself.
1.09s are a good start, the last 4 intervals were really good - I surprised myself, focused on running form more than anything and suddenly I was running faster. This is faster (by a second) than last summer's intervals. Not sure if I can read much into that.... It was 22C when i did them.
