I couldn't run yesterday, I was aching all over after Thursday - I also visited the gyogytonaszno who always finds the painful point in my back and massages it! Plus gives tough exercises.
5km in 18:45 was the target - i was never going to do that, but had hoped to be a little faster.
Anyway, good I am not injured and getting these tempo and resztav runs in regularly.
