I was tired yesterday - physically tired and chose not to run. I pushed the fast 10k to tomorrow. I doubt I can do it in 39 mins as told, but hopefully get under 42 mins.

This was meant to be 5 miles off road including strides. I ran across the countryside between Göd and Sződ.

I was glad I didn't take my vizsla - several hunters with their vizslas, no doubt there would have been a conversation or two between the dogs.

A guy was lost and stopped me for directions to Göd.

Otherwise good. Strides is good - it reminds me that I need to bounce and if I can get that bounce and the cadence (steps per minute) high, then I should really be fast, we'll see tomorrow - early morning start as I fly to UK tomorrow!
