I had already decided that Yolanda should do a weekly training in spikes, and then after her 800 metres this week we decided it would be on the track. As I didn't think I would be available I suggested she ask Szandra to help which is what happened. 6 x 300 with 3 minute breaks. I had been telling her that good interval training means similar times and, for the first time, she could do it which was reflected in the fact that she was dead for the last one. Times 55.33 (39),55.79(39),55.16,57.20(40),55.25,57.10(39) in brackets is her 200 metre times
