A last long run before the marathon. This time trying to do it at race tempo. I can't tell my pace easily, so used the heart monitor - keeping it at between 140 and 150 - it crept up towards the end out of my zone towards 160, but no worries - it is good that I can force the pace towards the end of a run.
At half way, I decided to extend it slightly, and go down the hill between Vac and Veroce, knowing that I'd have to come back up it. Good training and I seem pretty strong. :)
