I was worried about my legs before the run but they were no problem. I started off slowly in a TS. I knew before starting that I would need to shit, but twice! and the first time so quickly - 5.09. The second time was 21.47, and just before last time I had stopped for a shit, and I was under 10 minutes for the rest of the run so I had a target - under 32 minutes. I was actually surprised that it was a possibility as I had thought I was running very slowly.
