I was very tired this morning. Got up at 07.20, but couldn't do my usual routine and thought of going running tomorrow instead of today but knew from the climbing and Saturday point of view today would be better. Later I seemed to be OK, so eventually went running but it was very hard and it was all I could do to get to the second station and I had a shit after 4 minutes.
