Low calorie but high protein intake...?

Hi,


I've been recording my food intake for two weeks. I'm weighing and measuring everything. I go to Orange theory fitness 4 times a week. Looking at my reports on MFP, my caloric intake for each day ranges from 1000 to 1300 a day. However, my protein intake ranges from 115 to 155 grams a day. I don't feel hungry and when I do I eat, but it is always high protein and veggies, very little carbs. Is this type of diet bad?
