My upper left leg had hurt since yesterday so I was actually worried I wouldn't be able to run. It was better this morning than yesterday. I was clever. Yesterda when I went to Ilona's I took my bike clock but not the key. Today when I went to the OL, I did the opposite. Fortunately Ilona was at home so I could leave my bike there and the good then I was I could also leave my keys there. Also maybe starting from there is better. For example it does mean I can avoid every short cut. I stop 3 times in the first 9 minutes. First of all to tie up my orange shorts, secondly to talk to Kayak Tamas, and thirdly to have a wee. No poo pooing yet again. It1s great, especially after beans last night.
