No Yolanda here - class trip - got up at 6 o'clock which was just perfect as 2 hrs was just enough time to complete my stretching exercises before Zoli came at 8 o'clock. Started them at 6.45. Ran to Baj hegy. Didn't need a shit at all which was fantastic. Was wearing SLT but stopped at where I often have a shit after Baj and took it off, and put it in my little orange bag which I was carrying. 21.28 to there. Baj hegy was the easiest it had been this year. 47.45 to the track at the top. Then turned right and did what will be the Szent Lajos Menet route which was good training for that race. Then followed the Gerecse 50 route, then did some farting around and eventually ended back on that route and ran to Interspar. Didn't run home as I did some shopping in Tb. Couldn't even walk home as my right leg/buttock started hurting and I came home by train from Vértesszölős.
