Well hardly a fast crawl as I tried not to use my legs.
I realize I have a grade 1 thigh muscle strain, so am holding off the running tomorrow, and probably Sunday too. I might try swimming more, but finding a good time next week won't be easy with work.
Anyway its more important not to injure this leg further and somehow keep the fitness going enough. Thank goodness for swimming - didn't think I would say that :)
