a short sleeved T-shirt was enough. Only one pit stop after 16 mins. Pretty windy. Wore my new Tracksters for the first time, because of the pocket. Have got out of the habit of doing the stretching exercises after training, but for some reason felt the need to do them today. Don't know if it was a good idea, as I can feel the consequences this evening.
