A year ago I would have had a beer after a hard day at work. Today I went for a run.
Nice plan, but I have a knot in a muscle in my right knee - I made the run very very laza and then cut it short. Looks like tomorrow's run is off, hopefully I can run Thursday. Vivicitta might be a slow run rather than another tempo one.
