Given injury issues, I tried a hard cycle. It was great - cycling up from Felső-Göd to Nagymaros and back. Hard going and I pushed myself.
However I suffered on the way back. I'm not too good at cycling, but it was my competitive nature and pig-headedness that kept me going without a break, even if I was slow.
Whew! I felt tired at the end :) - a good feeling - similar to running a big run, but not as good. Hopefully cross training will work out well.
Beautiful scenery - the Danube can be so beautiful at times!
