Vivicotta fél maraton.
I have the Vienna marathon next week, so maybe I shouldn't have done this. Anyway I did it, and didn't push too hard, however I got bored going at close to 5 mins per km at the begining and pushed myself to go faster :)
Not too fast at least, and probably I couldn;t have gone too mush faster....
Now for a long long rest and 1 easy run this week before Vienna!
